FAQ
About the MM2H Programme
MM2H APPLICATION
Q: How do I know my documents are complete and correct?
A: We guide you through the process step by step. You’ll receive a checklist tailored to your MM2H category, and your consultant will review each document for accuracy, formatting, and completeness, ensuring no gaps are overlooked. Before submission, we conduct a final compliance check against the latest MM2H requirements and only proceed once everything is fully complete.
Q: What are the key factors that can cause my application to fail?
A: From our experience in immigration consultancy, the most common reason MM2H applications fail is the submission of inaccurate or incomplete supporting documents. Other contributing factors include not adhering to required procedures within the given deadlines, lacking sufficient support when facing challenges in Malaysia, or being left uncertain about what to do if their MM2H agent is no longer in business. As a licensed MM2H provider, we offer comprehensive support at every stage—from enquiry to post-approval—to ensure your MM2H journey is smooth and successful.
Q: Can I track the status of my application?
A: Yes, you can. The status of your Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) application can be tracked online through the official website of the Malaysia Immigration Department or the My (MM2H) Sdn Bhd portal, using your name, MM2H reference number, or Immigration reference number.
While this option is available, many applicants find the process confusing or worry about missing important updates. That’s why we’ll track your MM2H application on your behalf and keep you updated at every stage. You’ll receive regular progress updates so you always know the current status and don’t have to chase it yourself.
